Maintenance Program

Just like your vehicle, your heating and cooling system requires regular maintenance to continue performing at its best. A lack of maintenance can lead to lower efficiency and shorter life span for the internal parts and components, which can result in equipment breakdown and expensive repairs. Have your climate control system inspected by our licensed technicians to ensure peak system performance.

Tune-Up Inspections

Heating or Cooling Tune-Ups each include a thorough check of your climate control system(s). We offer inspections for one or multiple units, as well as for home or commercial systems. Tune-Ups generally include, but are not limited to, the following:

• oil and grease all bearings
• necessary adjustments of controls, dampers, belts, valves, etc.
• clean controls and contacts, water wash condenser coils, water pumps, spray nozzles, check condensate drains, etc.
• check for refrigerant leaks
• change filters (customer furnished)

We require that our technicians complete a detailed report which documents the status of your equipment, as well as any recommended repairs or reconditioning.

Maintenance Program

AACANN offers Commercial and Residential Maintenance Plans to keep your equipment running as safely and efficiently as possible. These plans offer many benefits including priority scheduling and loyalty customer pricing.

• 2 preventative maintenance visits per year: Spring Tune-Up (cooling) and Fall Tune-Up (heating) ($178 value)
• Waived diagnostic fees: should you need to call us for service, the diagnostic fee will be waived with repairs ($69 value)**
• Loyalty customer pricing: our lowest flat-rate price on repairs, as well as our largest discounts available on equipment replacement (15% on average)
• Rewards for Replacement: 15% of all your repairs are retained and given back to you as an added discount towards the purchase of any new HVAC system***
• Priority service: HSP customers receive preferential treatment for service call scheduling
• Peace of mind: annual services such as cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating of your heating and cooling system keeps it running safely and at its highest efficiency. Our technicians are trained and licensed to identify potential safety hazards and to professionally correct them. Your safety is our top priority.

• Multiple Terms Available: Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annually or Annually
• Pricing based on system types and ease of access: AACANN’s technicians are trained and licensed to safely install and maintain commercial climate control equipment, such as split systems and packaged units.

*$149 per year for one heating and cooling system (both the indoor and outdoor units). A second system is $119 per year. Three, or more, systems are $99 each, per year. **After Hours and Holiday callouts are excluded from waived diagnostic fees. ***Customer must be on an active service plan, and not had a lapse in maintenance for the timespan in which repair costs incurred.
